Fluxer rejected the bot token during connection startup or recovery
Check the token and the application owner's account standing before connecting again. A closed or disabled owner account can cause rejection of a valid token, and a new token does not fix that account standing. The rejection alone does not identify the cause. The SDK does not retry this rejection unchanged
